Eligibility: National Scrapbooking Month Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia and territories of Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands) and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec and the territory of Nunavut), 18 or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) May 1st, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM MT on May 31, 2008. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Employees of Close To My Heart (“Sponsor”) and Close To My Heart Independent Consultants and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
How to enter: Entries will only be accepted via the internet. Go to http://www.closetomyheart.com/ and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM MT on May 31st, 2008. To enter the Sweepstakes you must provide/enter your true and correct first name, last name, street address, city, state/province, zip code/postal code, country, email address, telephone number and answer a few questions. Limit one entry per person. All subsequent entries from the same person or e-mail address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with multiple e-mail accounts will result in disqualification. The Promotion is an electronic random drawing. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Only one prize permitted per person. Close To My Heart will award prizes only upon winner verification.

Selection of winner: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about June 30, 2008. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. Prize will be awarded to the winner after the eligibility and address of the winner have been confirmed. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules and requirements, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
Participating entrants accept the conditions stated in these Official Rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. All entrants to this Sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in the State of Utah, U.S.A.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.
